Greenlinks’ Consulting & Engineering division provides consulting and turnkey project delivery services to Sawn Timber, Face Veneer and Plywood industries. The consulting services include modernization of existing manufacturing facilities to optimize production, lower production costs, increase productivity and improve profitability. The turnkey project delivery service provides end to end solutions ranging from Designing of state of the art high efficiency manufacturing facilities, Supply of machinery and equipment, Project management, Installation, Testing and Training. The division has successfully completed project deliveries of a Saw Mill in Sharjah, UAE and a total of 5 face veneer manufacturing facilities in Mandalay and Bago regions of Myanmar.  The division judiciously selects technology and vendors on the basis of functional fit with customer requirements, technical capabilities and competencies.
